At Curative Creations, we believe meaningful change happens through collaboration. Over the years, Founder Ranjana Sirohi has worked with Army communities, self-help groups, educational institutions, NGOs, rural artisan clusters, and women-led initiatives to promote sustainable livelihoods through design, skill development, and textile upcycling.

As a designer, trainer, and mentor, she has conducted workshops that equip women with practical skills in garment construction, handicrafts, textile upcycling, product development, quality standards, and entrepreneurship. These programmes have enabled many participants to explore home-based income opportunities while preserving traditional craftsmanship.

One such meaningful engagement was in the Assam region, as part of the Swabhalambhi Naree 2.0 initiative supported by the Gajraj Corps. Ranjana served as a facilitator, conducting workshops to bring awareness of sustainable fashion and upcycling, and training participants to transform household textile waste into functional, market-ready products. The experience reinforced Curative Creations' belief that creativity, skill, and opportunity can together build confidence, dignity, and economic independence.

These collaborations continue to strengthen our mission of empowering women, encouraging conscious consumption, and preserving India's rich craft traditions through sustainable design.
